Initiatives: Eminent Domain and North Lake project.
THE INITIATIVE
A ballot initiative would make it illegal to have a reservoir
and only a initiative has the power to stop the entire project.
To defeat the project is to send a message that inappropriate
behavior is not acceptable. Elected officials who exercise Eminent Domain, Redevelopment, and Revitalization by taking private
property need to be recalled. San Bernardino council members voted for the use of Eminent Domain to acquire real property.
If you do not want Eminent Domain and Redevelopment for private takings, recall and elect a person who you can feel safe with.
The next step is to contact me by phone, e-mail, or us mail to
work on initiatives to stop Eminent Domain. If you are an American citizen and you are not registered we have forms from the
registrar's office. For those who are not citizens of the United States you can help by circulating flyers and telephone work.
Attend each council meeting and speak your will to the Mayor
and Council members. The meeting is every first and third Monday of the month at 3 p.m. I usually come at 4 p.m. because of
my work schedule; however, your time to speak does not approach until 5 p.m. So, if you attend shortly prior to 5 P.M. you
are safe and have opportunity to speak. .
EDUCATION:
Educate yourself and study the woes of Eminent Domain, Redevelopment,
and Revitalization using condemnation as a tool. The website of www.castlecoalition.org is the key to educate and locate the tools for citizens to fight Eminent
Domain abuse. The Institute of Justice is the leading law firm fighting abuse of eminent domain, redevelopment, and revitalization
using condemnation as a tool. Steven Anderson, attorney at law, is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have.

does not know what to do. Together with the law firm of Washington, D.C. law, eminent domain attorneys, and national public
awareness we have tools to stop the madness.

of law with Judge Wade who is assigned to hear the case. The law suits are to challenge the Final Draft Environmental Impact

This case is also for those who are victims of Redevelopment and Eminent Domain. Come and witness the Law in action and will
there be justice or will injustices prevail in the court room. The City of San Bernardino and the Municipal Valley Water District
are very powerful and money seems to purchase justice at will; however, I do believe there are judges who are law abiding
and possess a responsibility true to the Self.
