PURPOSE:

The purpose of my website is to educate the reader of a better understanding of Eminent Domain. The three branches of the United States government are the Executive, Legislative, and the Judiciary. The use of Eminent Domain as it is interpreted today by the Supreme Court is flawed by five of the nine judges. The interpretation of Eminent Domain has been altered from "Public Use" to "Private Use," a flaw and threat to all Americans who owns real property. No home, business, and church are safe in the United States. The function of the Supreme Court is the interpretation; however, laws are enacted by the legislative branch knowing as Congress, approved, and vetoed by the President.

In order to correct the flaw we must make a bill, presented and enacted by our congress to protect ownership of property as intended by our fore fathers.

On a local level we can convey our concerns to our representatives and senators. Further, we must make our concerns known to our elected City officials and County Supervisors. Because of the reasons above a website of this nature, is authored discussing the terror of Eminent Domain, Redevelopment, and Revitalization using condemnation as a tool.

The following are the highlights of my website:

First, to point out the facts pertaining to North and South Lake projects disguised as reservoirs. Also, the alliance between the City of San Bernardino and the Municipal Water District pertaining the North and South Lake projects. The City and Muni joined forces to meet two objective goals:

1. To wipe out an entire neighborhood.

2. Reservoirs. This combined, and effort is the core of the alliance. Also, the City and Muni ignored and flouted the California Environmental Quality Act to meet their goals.

Second, The North Lake is a severe Environmental Injustice because targeting a minority neighborhood is an easy task. This website will provide tools to deter the hostile take over by the Municipal Water District.

Third, to point the Redevelopment Agency, an "Unknown Government," and subtle form of an agency not known by many people.

The success of my website is to confer a significant benefit on the entire State of California by clarifying and enforcing the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.

The ultimate success of my website is to stop the North and South Lake project and pass an initiative ballot and make it illegal to have reservoirs in San Bernardino.

The study of the Redevelopment Agency is essential for the reader to understand how unknown and subtle the agency is in operation.

The clarity of an Eminent Domain action can be helpful for your battleground to protect your real property from a hostile take over. A good Eminent Domain attorney is a must to defend your rights as a tax payer and citizen. The authorities are trained to pursue their goals and have no interest in protecting and defending you.

My website is dedicated to Elizabeth Glaser, my Mom, and the 2185 victims of the North Lake project. Also, this website is dedicated to Attorney's Louis Goebel and Robert Miller of San Diego representing the author and numerous folks. Mr. Goebel and Mr. Miller are recognized as men who comprehend at a deep level the Environmental Injustice. Finally, the author dedicates the website to a young paralegal  assistant, Joe Hernandez, who works diligently with the law firm of Louis Goebel. This young man has extraordinary energy to reach out to the Spanish community and his nine years of legal experience is a real bonus Thank you Lou, Robert, and Joe.

I am forever thankful to my Mom who gave Paul and I the privilege to care for her in her winter years. Paul and I traveled back and forth from San Jose to San Bernardino for many years.  Elizabeth made it clear  her home is her castle and death is invited opposed to leaving her environment.  In other words, Elizabeth desired death opposed to leaving her home. Paul and I made it possible for her to enjoy her home. In the North Lake project we have seniors who feel the same way as her. Because of our experience in caring for her over the course of, many years, Paul and I witnessed her interacting with her environment. In short, seniors do not want to part from their environment and are subject to severe Environmental Injustice.

My website is also dedicated to 173 historical homes, one significant cultural and historical resource, six active churches, 437 affordable housing units, and 47 thriving businesses.

The author of this website shares her deepest feelings in her quotations, however, objectively separates the false from the truth. The author find the environmental impact report, comments, responses to the comments, mitigation monitoring reporting program, statements of overriding consideration, common council resolution, and making findings for the certification of the program environmental impact flawed. The author find the Environmental Injustice intolerable and severe targeting defenseless children, seniors, and others who are socially, politically, economically, and in languages disadvantaged.
